What should I expect during my first visit to Moore Endurance?

During your first visit, you can expect to meet with one of our expert trainers who will conduct a comprehensive movement and/or metabolic assessment to help you identify your goals and develop a personalized plan.

What should I wear to class?

We recommend wearing comfortable, athletic clothing and shoes that are appropriate for the type of class you will be attending.

What if I can't make it to a class that I've signed up for?

We understand that life can get in the way sometimes. If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.

Do you offer nutrition coaching?

Yes, we offer nutrition coaching as part of our comprehensive program. Our expert coaches can help you develop a personalized nutrition plan that fits your goals and lifestyle.

Can I bring a friend to class with me?

Absolutely! We love it when our members bring friends to class. Just make sure your friend signs up in advance to reserve their spot.
